HONEY
My Name is Graeme Sharpe, My passion is Beekeeping in total
I run about 60 colonies(bee hives) of Bees in South Ayrshire
countryside, with most of my bees looking across Firth of clyde
on to the Island of Arran, beautiful part of the Scottish countryside.
My hives are at Various out-apiary sites down the west coast
of Scotland from Ayr to Glenapp valley by Cairnryan.
My Honey is collected from my own bee-hives which work all the
nectar yeilding plants in the Scottish country side.
Heather Honey is collected by the bees from the Heather plant(Calluna
Vulgaris) in the pictures Carrick Forest in Scotlands Southern
Uplands. this is a full flavoured honey with a lovely peaty
after taste the Malt of Scottish Honeys!!
My Scottish set and liquid Blossom Honey which comes from a
great variety of honey plants in the Ayrshire countryside which
gives you a true taste of Scotland with its lovely aroma and
soft light flavour it is truly the best you can get, and is
sought after in the local area, plants the bees work include
Willowherb, lime, acer, clover, bluebell, Hawthorn.
These Honeys are Selected by myself go through quality control
to make sure only the best flavours are extracted and are mixed
togeather this ensures a honey of superiar quality. Come to
a farmers market a taste the delights of Graeme's Honey.
